Upon issuance of a username and password, you will be granted access to the Camper's Forum, where news and information pertinent to the group is maintained. You will also be granted access to the Roster of Members, where you will be able to view information about the other members, and to send e-mail messages to the members of the club.

You agree that you, your family members, agents, or assigns, will not post, upload or otherwise place onto this web site objectionable material. Such objectionable material includes, but is not limited to: mp3 files for which you are not the copyright owner; photographs for which you are not the copyright owner; pornography; material considered racist or hateful; or other material for which placement on this site would constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property laws and regulations of the United States or the State of Texas.

SETPUCC reserves the right to remove any posting or upload files, or to terminate any conduct deemed objectionable by the members, or third parties having one or more intellectual property rights in the material uploaded by you to this site, or by a court of competent jurisdiction.

SETPUCC reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions cited herein at any time should it be deemed necessary. Future use of the site under the revised Terms and Conditions will constitute acceptance of those revised Terms and Conditions.

You agree that any dispute arising from use or abuse of this site shall be litigated under the laws of the State of Texas before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction within Harris County, Texas regardless of Conflict of Law statues or precedent.
