In order to become a member of the club, you must provide some very basic information. The information is used to inform you of upcoming activities, and to help the current members have some idea of who is joining the club.

SETPUCC will retain only the information that you provide on this web site only in a secure manner. The purpose of keeping this information is to facilitate communications among the various club members. Email, as it turns out, is used universally by the members of the club and is the method dejure for communication among the members. Only club members will be able to access the list of information via the Internet and only upon authentication and authorization through the use of the member's username and password. While we will take steps to secure your information, no security system is foolproof and SETPUCC hereby disclaims any liability for the tortious or criminal acts of third-parties.

In short, fill in whatever information you are comfortable having the other club members know. However, if you are unwilling to provide the required information, we will not be able to include you (e.g., notify you) of upcoming activities.
